Board members need not beresidents of Park City.&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoBlockText"><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoBlockText"><span style="color: black;">The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp;Wednesday of each month and as neededperiodically. On average the Board meets 12-18 times a year.&nbsp;&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoBlockText"><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoBlockText"><span style="color: black;">This is a Board created pursuant tothe Utah Code to preserve and encourage the unique historic character in theHistoric District that reflect Park City’s mining heritage; all in accordancewith the Land Management Code and the Historic District Design Guidelines.&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoBlockText"><span style="color: black;"><br></span></p><p class="MsoBlockText"><span style="color: black;">Applications are available at the ParkCity Planning Department at 445 Marsac Avenue and online at </span><a href="http://www.parkcity.org/"><span style="color: black;">www.parkcity.org</span></a><span style="color: black;">.
