<p><strong>Four game minimum for all teams.</strong> &nbsp;U16 and Bantam games being 14 minute periods and 75 minute curfew. Girls U14, Pee Wee and Squirt being 13 minute periods with a 60 minute curfew. &nbsp;Games ending in a tie will have a 3 man shootout. &nbsp;Semi-final and Championship games will not have a curfew and will have a 5 minute sudden death overtime followed by a 5 person shootout if necessary.</p>

<p><strong>Entry and Acceptance:</strong></p>
<p>Applications should be submitted as soon as possible and will not be accepted after Oct. 12, 2015. &nbsp;Note that the tournament has sold out the last 3 years so send your application in early! &nbsp;Application should be made by submitting the application linked below. &nbsp;Application is complete once payment has been made. &nbsp;Payment can be made on line by Paypal by selecting the Tournament Payment link below. &nbsp;Teams will be notified of their acceptance into the tournament as soon as possible after the receipt of both application AND payment! &nbsp;</p>
<p>Full payment will be returned if the team is not accepted into the tournament. &nbsp;The fee is non-refundable once your team has been accepted into the tournament.</p>
