The five-member Board of Adjustment meets as needed on the third Tuesday of each month to hear and decide requests for a variance from the Land Management Code and appeals of Historic District Design Reviews. The Board also makes determinations regarding modifications of non-conforming uses and hears appeals on determination non-conforming or non-complying status. The Board includes one alternate.
