Proctor Information
Test proctoring is a free service offered at the Park City Library when space and staff time are available. To schedule a time to have your exam proctored, please complete the proctoring request form below.
Important Proctor Request Information
- Allow 7 business days for the registration process to be completed.
- Contact your instructor/school to request the testing information be emailed to the proctor (see contact info).
- You will be contacted by our proctoring librarian. Please do not come in for your test until you receive confirmation.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours ahead of time, and you will only be allowed to reschedule once per test.
