Billed at the time of check-in according to the following rates.

Refund & Cancellation Policies

Court Reservations
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: no charge
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: full court fee applies
  • The individual who made the reservation is responsible for the fee and may coordinate reimbursement with other players

Tennis Clinics & Summer Camps

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: no refund

Private Lessons

  • All cancellations must be made directly with the teaching pro
  • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: no charge
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: full lesson fee applies

Racquet Sports Pass

  • All Racquet Sports Passes are non-refundable

Clinic Numbers
Instead of canceling clinics based on low participation, the pro will adjust the length of the clinic to the following:

If 3 or more participants then 1.5 hrs for clinic
If 2 participants then 60 min for clinic
If 1 participant then 30 min for clinic
