Restricted Work Dates Exception Request Form

1.Loud work, deliveries and any type of work that disrupts traffic or impacts sidewalks is prohibited during holidays and events.

2.This form is a request for the Park City Building Official to review the permit for consideration of an exception to work on restricted work dates. Completing this form does not constitute the approval of an exception.
