Private to Public Street Process

FIRST STEP
Make an appointment with the City Engineer;
a) to discuss if the street meets City Standards and if the street meets City Standards then;
b) submit a formal request for the City to dedicate the street.

SECOND STEP
The City Engineer will take the request for dedication to City Council.  If the City Council approves the request then the applicant(s) will need to go through a formal re-platting of subdivision from private to public.
