Bonanza Park
On July 11, 2024, the City Council adopted the Bonanza Park Small Area Plan. With community engagement at its core, this plan reimagines Bonanza Park as a more walkable, mixed-use and livable community that continues to serve and be home to Parkites of all ages, incomes, and backgrounds.
