On February 26, 2025, the Planning Commission approved the Phase I Conditional Use Permit for the Snow Park Village parking structure (Final Action Letter).
The Phase II application for vertical development atop the parking structure is expected to be submitted for Planning Commission review later.

Vacation of Deer Valley Drive
On December 14, 2023, the City Council voted to approve Ordinance No. 2023-56 vacating portions of Deer Valley Drive at the Snow Park base, and to form a public-private partnership with Deer Valley Resort.
