The Planning Department reviews Historic District Design Review (HDDR) Applications for compliance with the Design Guidelines for Historic Districts and Historic Sites, Land Management Code Chapter 15- 13.

Most work in the Historic District requires a Historic District Design Review Pre-Application. Any work modifying historic material requires a Historic District Design Review Application reviewed by the Historic Preservation Board.
