On January 27, 2026, Park City Mountain applied for two Conditional Use Permits to upgrade the Silverlode and Eagle lifts:

Upgrade the Silverlode lift from a six-passenger detachable to an eight-passenger detachable lift with the same approximate alignment with a 3,652-square-foot bottom terminal and 159-square-foot operator house, and a 3,025-square-foot top terminal with a 281-square-foot operator house. The Applicant also proposes constructing an 1,800-square-foot lift storage and maintenance Building near the bottom terminal.

Replace the Eagle and Eaglet fixed-grip lifts with a six-passenger detachable lift in a new alignment with a 2,073-square-foot bottom terminal and 167-square-foot operator house, a 1,048-square-foot mid-station unload and 143-square-foot operator house, and a 2,061-square-foot top terminal with a 294-square-foot operator house.
