New Water Billing System Launched May 2026 

The new payment portal is not connected to the previous portal. You must create a new account.

Please visit: Park City Municipal Utility Payments - Municipal Online Services. Click "Sign in/Register" in the top right corner of the screen. 

First – create your online Tyler Community Access account. You will be asked to add your email address. Do not hit next, instead - click the “Create an Account” button. Enter your email address, first and last name, and create a password. Click "Sign Up.”

Second – Now verify your email. A code will be sent to your email inbox. Please check your junk/spam folders for this email. The subject will read: “Welcome to your Community Access.”

Third – Please sign in. Enter your email and now hit “Next.” Make sure to log in for the first time using the authenticate with a password. It may instantly ask to link your account or you may have to click on the button “Add Account.”

Fourth – “Add Account.” Enter your new Park City Water billing account number – first five numbers only. Enter your customer number – next eight numbers only. It will take a moment to connect your accounts. Be patient as it processes. If successful, you will see the phrase “Welcome Back” with your name/email address.

You should now be able to view your account, access bill statements, enroll in autopay or make one-time payments.

Important: when adding payment methods or enrolling in autopay, you will be asked to allow cookies. You need to "accept cookies" to complete payment submission. Make sure to click the “Finish” button. If successful, your portal account will have a green checkmark and will show you as "Enrolled" in autopay.
