9 Purple Updates

The 9 Purple route now includes a "Trail Service" to the Bonanza Flat and Bloods Lake trailheads. This service operates Fridays through Sundays, from 5:40 a.m. to 6:20 p.m., with a 20 minute frequency, through the fall. Regular service operates Mondays through Thursdays, from 5:36 a.m. to 6:06 p.m., with a 30 minute frequency.

Trail Service buses are equipped with new bike racks that are capable of carrying eight bikes, making it easier for bikers to access high-elevation trails without a long uphill pedal.

Updated route maps and timetables can be found here.

Leashed and muzzled dogs are now allowed on all Park City Transit buses. Riders with dogs must sit in the designated pet-friendly zone toward the rear of the bus. Don’t have a muzzle? We’ve got you covered! Park City Transit branded muzzles are available on board if needed.

Accessible Transit Options

While all Park City Transit buses are ADA accessible, two transit services are designed specifically for individuals with disabilities and seniors: Park City Mobility and Senior Mobility.

Park City Mobility provides door-to-door paratransit service to ADA-certified passengers who cannot ride the fixed route service. Customers must have a completed and approved ADA Eligibility Application to qualify for this service. For more information about this service, please contact our Transit Certification Office (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday) at 435-615-5353.

Senior Mobility is a less stringent service than Park City Mobility, available to residents 65 years of age or older. Similar to Park City Mobility, Senior Mobility is a door-to-door service available to individuals who may not qualify for Park City Mobility. Please complete an application for Senior Mobility to be approved for the service.
