On March 19, 2026, City Council approved the Bonanza 5-Acre Site redevelopment project to move forward to the land use application phase.

This action follows a series of work sessions focusing on the design and strategy preferences of the City Council.

The 5-Acre Site is a transformative partnership between Park City Municipal and Brinshore Development to create a vibrant, local-centric, and art-focused mixed-use neighborhood in the heart of Bonanza Park. Designed to serve the people who live and work here, the project will deliver a thoughtful blend of affordable and market-rate housing, neighborhood-serving retail, arts and cultural spaces, and public gathering areas – all connected through a highly walkable, bike-friendly network. Shaped by extensive community input, the 5-Acre Site is designed to support year-round livability and a more resilient local economy.
