Available Funding Opportunities
1. Public Service Contracts
These multi-year contracts provide operational support to nonprofits delivering direct services that align with the City Council’s priorities. Funded services may include education, health, housing, food security, mental health, senior support, recreation, and more.
- Contract Terms: 1 to 4 years
- Typical Award Amount: $5,000 - $50,000 annually
- Next Anticipated Award Cycle: Anticipated FY28

2. Emergent Community Needs Grants
This grant program provides one-time funding to help nonprofit organizations respond quickly to new or unexpected challenges within the community. Funding may support the launch of a new initiative or address an urgent need that arises outside of the regular grant cycle.
- Contract Term: One-time allocation
- Typical Award Amount: $15,000
- Application Window: Open year-round (subject to funding availability)
- Status: Currently accepting applications
Who Can Apply?
Eligible applicants must:
- Be a federally recognized nonprofit or have a fiscal sponsor
- Serve Park City residents directly
- Demonstrate financial responsibility and program sustainability
- Align with the City Council's Priorities
Application Review Process
All applications are reviewed by the Nonprofit Services Advisory Committee, which makes funding recommendations to the City Council. Final awards are subject to Council approval.
